Douglas came out on a Sunday and within a few minutes knew that it wasn't a huge problem with the flow under the house. He was able to get the water flowing in the shower. Due to a remodel before purchasing the house it just wasn't a small clog but grout and material that was washed down instead of cleaned out. He gave us solid advise and a recommendation to do a hydrojet for a more permanent clean out later. Got to use a coupon in the Value Pak to help with the cost. Excellent, fast and courteous service.
